What to Expect...

Prior to your appointment, we ask that you:

• Please shower prior to your appointment.  
• Hydrate your body.
• Remove Jewelry.
• If you are under doctor’s care, please have clearance from your doctor before any service is performed.
• For massages, inform us of any health restrictions, allergies and any area to avoid.
• Cancel your appointment if you have any Flu or Covid symptoms or have come in close contact with someone with such symptoms.

Start Time

 In a fair effort to keep all appointments on time and our clients happy, it is advised to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Your service will start at its exact scheduled time. 

Late Start

If your availability prevents the practitioner from starting exactly at your appointment time, be aware that this will reduce your service time. Example: Your appointment is at 10 am for a 30-minute Reiki Session. You arrive at 10:15 am. You will then have a 15-minute service and still be responsible for your service's full payment.

The Sessions

During reiki and or reflexology sessions, you will lie comfortably on the massage table, fully clothed. 

For body massage services, you will disrobe down to your comfort level (underwear remain on) and lie under the table's linen.  You will always be draped professionally and appropriately during your service(s). Only the treatment area will be exposed during any massage. 

We are here to provide services that will relax your body and assist with your healing journey. If you are receiving a massage, please do not be afraid to let us know if the pressure is too deep or too light. Our goal is to provide you with an amazing experience therefore, we truly appreciate the feedback.
